Flooring at Tampa Bay Referral Partner Program — Terms & Conditions
1. Sponsor.
This program is offered by Own Style LLC d/b/a Flooring at Tampa Bay, 10261 Windhorst Rd, Tampa, FL ("we," "us"). By joining, you ("Partner") agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility.
Open to individuals 18+ and businesses. Not open to our employees or members of their households.
3. How to refer.
Submit the referral through our website, or have the customer give us your name or partner code at their first contact, before we provide a quote. The referred customer must agree to be contacted by us.
4. Qualifying referral.
The customer must be new to us: not already in our records, quoted, or sold in the previous 12 months. If more than one person refers the same customer, the first referral we receive counts.
5. Rewards.
For each qualifying referral, the Partner receives a Visa gift card based on the customer’s final job total, before sales tax, once paid in full: $2,500–$4,999.99 = $100; $5,000–$7,499.99 = $200; $7,500 or more = $300. Jobs under $2,500 do not earn a reward. One reward per job.
6. When rewards are paid.
Within 14 days after the customer’s final payment clears and any legal cancellation period has ended. No reward is due on jobs that are cancelled, refunded or unpaid. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Exclusions.
Jobs paid in whole or in part with property-insurance proceeds, and purchases by the Partner for themselves, are not eligible.
8. Taxes and disclosures.
Rewards may be taxable income, and Partners are responsible for their own taxes. We may require a Form W-9 and will issue a Form 1099 when required by law. Professionals (including real estate licensees and designers) must tell their clients they may receive a reward. Anyone who promotes us online or in advertising must clearly disclose that they may receive a reward.
9. Installer Pro Rebate (enrolled installers only).
Enrolled installers may earn one of the following per job, never both: (a) a rebate of 10% of the pre-tax price of materials they purchase from us for their own jobs, excluding clearance and discounted items; or (b) a referral fee of 10% of the pre-tax total of a job they refer, when the new customer purchases materials and installation from us. Rebates and fees are earned when the invoice or job is paid in full, are paid as a separate line on the installer’s next scheduled payment, and are reversed for returned materials or refunded jobs. Section 9 applies instead of Section 5 for enrolled installers.
10. Relationship.
Partners are not our employees, agents or representatives. Partners may not quote prices, offer discounts, make promises or sign agreements on our behalf, or use our logo without written permission.
11. Conduct.
No spam, unsolicited texts or calls, false claims, or referrals without the customer’s consent. We may reject a referral or remove a Partner for violating these terms or for fraud.
12. Changes and ending the program.
We may change or end the program with 30 days’ notice on this page. Rewards earned before a change or ending will still be paid.
13. Final decisions and law.
Our records decide referral dates and eligibility. These terms are governed by Florida law.
