Tampa Bay’s subfloor specialists
— and the people who install your floor.
We install luxury vinyl plank, laminate, engineered wood and tile all over Tampa Bay. Every job starts the same way: we check the moisture in your slab, because in Florida that’s where most floors fail. We’ve been doing this since 2017, insured and registered in Florida.
Your floor didn’t fail. The slab under it did.
Florida slabs hold moisture. You can’t see it and you can’t smell it. It stays quiet until the planks start lifting at the seams, usually months after the install, when the installer is long gone.
Replacing it means paying for the whole job a second time. At our own prices, a 500 sq ft room comes to about $2,281 — $4.56 per square foot for demolition, slab prep and a new floor.
Checking the slab before we give you a price doesn’t cost you anything.
Most flooring quotes in Tampa never mention moisture. We think that’s the biggest risk nobody talks about.
Three steps. The first one is the one most installers skip.
01We measure the slab.
Before we talk about materials or price, we check the moisture in your subfloor and show you the reading. If the slab isn’t ready, we tell you what it needs, even if that makes the job bigger or you decide to wait. That’s fine too.
02We prepare the base.
Demolition, grinding, leveling, subfloor repair and moisture control. A floor only looks as good as what’s underneath it, so this is the step we never rush.
03We install and finish.
Clean edges, tight transitions, and we clean up at the end of every day. When we’re done, we walk the floor with you.
What we do.

Flooring installation
LVP, laminate, engineered wood and tile. Every install comes with a subfloor check.

Subfloor preparation
Moisture testing, grinding, leveling and repair. It’s the step that decides how long your floor lasts.

Commercial & property managers

The old floor comes up in a morning. What shows up underneath is the part nobody photographs: the slab, the adhesive from the last install, the low spots, the cracks, and sometimes a plumbing stub exactly where it shouldn’t be.
That’s the moment the job really gets decided, and it happens fast. Covering it up and moving on is quicker and cheaper for whoever is laying the floor. It’s also why floors lift months later, long after the invoice is paid.
So we stop and show you. With the floor open and before a single plank goes down, we walk you through what we’re seeing: what the floor needs, what it costs to fix, and what could happen if we leave it as it is.
After that, the decision is yours.
Sometimes that conversation means a bit more work. Other times it means waiting and doing it later. And that’s okay.
We’d rather talk it through with you while there’s still time to do things right, with everything in plain sight, than have that conversation a year from now over the phone.
You don’t have to take our word for it. Half the photos in our gallery show the subfloor, not the finished floor.

Our warranty, and what it doesn’t cover.
The one-year warranty covers our workmanship
What we install: movement caused by improper installation, separation traceable to installation error, transitions and trim set wrong.
Your slab was there before we arrived, so we can’t warranty it. What we do is check it.
That’s why the moisture meter comes out before we price the job, not after.
If the slab reads outside range, we price the fix
We’ll suggest how to fix it and give you a price. If you’d rather install anyway, you sign a waiver that stays in your file.
It doesn’t cover manufacturer defects, normal wear, floods or leaks, storm damage, impacts and scratches, or the building moving after installation. We’ll give you the full text before you sign.
