Junk removal in Tampa Bay, with the price on the page.

We haul away furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste and full cleanouts across the Tampa Bay area. A single item starts at $75, and a full trailer is $650. You don’t need anyone to come to your house to find out what it costs. The prices are right here, and anything that could add to them is explained before you book, not once we show up.

Why most junk removal companies won’t show you a price.

Try it yourself. Look up the big national junk removal brands and try to find what a half load costs. You won’t find it. They book an appointment, send a truck and give you a price while you’re standing in your driveway, when saying no has already cost you a morning.

We think it should be the other way around. So here’s our full price list. Hire us or don’t, but you’ll know the number before anyone knocks on your door.

The full price list.

Our trailer holds 432 cubic feet, which is 16 cubic yards. Every price below is a share of that same trailer, so the space you’re paying for is a fixed amount, not a guess someone makes in your driveway.

Most jobs fit in a half trailer. It’s twice the space of a quarter for $100 more, and it’s the one we recommend if you’re clearing out a room, a garage or a small renovation.

It’s rare in this business to publish a price per cubic yard, and there’s a reason: it lets you compare. National brands price by fractions of a truck that holds 440 to 480 cubic feet, about the same as our trailer, but they don’t publish what each fraction costs.

When the price goes up, and why.

The landfill charges us by weight, not by how much space something takes up. That’s why heavy material is priced separately: the extra charge is the landfill ticket plus the labor to load it. You get the final number before you book, not when the truck is already outside:

  • Shingles, concrete, dirt, tile and most construction debris

  • Wet or water-damaged furniture

  • Anything that takes extra effort to carry out, like stairs, tight access or nowhere to park the truck

Text us a photo of what needs to go and we’ll confirm the final price, surcharges included, before we head out.

This one isn’t about hauling: if we’re installing your floor and furniture has to be moved to do it, it’s $100 per room.

What we cannot take, and where it goes instead.

Some things aren’t about whether they fit in the trailer. Florida law keeps them out of the landfill, and if we can’t dump it, we can’t take it. So here’s what we can’t haul, and where each thing actually goes.

  • Paint, solvents, chemicals and used oil

Household hazardous waste isn’t allowed in the landfill, and used motor oil has its own rules. Every county in the Tampa Bay area has a free drop-off for household hazardous waste, and most auto parts stores take used oil.

  • Batteries

Lead-acid batteries can’t go in any landfill, and in Florida it’s illegal for anyone, home or business, to throw rechargeable batteries in the trash. Stores that sell them have to take them back.

  • Tires

Tires go through their own state program to an authorized processor. Any tire shop will take them, usually for a small fee per tire.

  • Appliances, especially anything with refrigerant

Large appliances are kept out of Florida landfills and recycled as scrap metal. One with refrigerant won’t be accepted at all without proof that the refrigerant was safely removed, and that has to be done by a certified technician.

We’re not set up to take these to the right facility, and we won’t take something we can’t legally dump. What we will do is tell you before you book. Send us a photo and we’ll tell you exactly what goes and what stays, so nothing ends up left behind in your driveway.

How it works, in three steps.

  1. 01

    Send a photo or call.

Show us what needs to go. We’ll give you the final price, surcharges included.

  2. 02

    Pick a day.

When we give you the price, we’ll also tell you the soonest day we can be there.

  3. 03

    We haul it.

You point, we load it up, and we sweep before we leave.

Turnover cleanouts.

Did a tenant leave the unit full of stuff? We clear it out, and if the floor needs replacing, the crew that does it is already there. One vendor, one invoice, and one less week with the unit sitting empty.

Frequently asked questions

How much does junk removal cost in Tampa Bay?

A single item is $75. A quarter trailer is $250, a half is $350, and a full 16 cubic yard trailer is $650. Heavy construction material costs extra because the landfill charges by weight, and we confirm your final price before you book.

Do you charge for an estimate?

No. The prices are on this page, and a photo of what needs to go is enough for us to confirm your final price. You don’t need to set up a visit to your house just to find out what it costs.

How big is a half trailer?

About 8 cubic yards, half of our 432 cubic foot trailer. In real terms, that covers most single-room cleanouts, a packed garage, or the debris from a small renovation.

Do you sweep up after?

Yes. We load what you point to and leave the area clear before we go. If a cleanout leaves debris behind, it isn’t finished, and that goes for the driveway and hallways too, not just the room.

Do you remove flooring and haul it away in the same visit?

Yes, and that is the most common way this service is used. When we replace a floor, demolition and debris removal are part of the same job across Tampa, Brandon and Riverview, so you are not coordinating two vendors.
