What we do.

We take care of the whole floor. We test and prepare the subfloor, install LVP, laminate, engineered wood and tile, and haul away whatever comes out. Homeowners, property managers and general contractors across Tampa Bay work with us. Insured and registered in Florida since 2017.

Most flooring quotes in Tampa never mention moisture. Ours start there. Before we price your job, we check your slab and show you the reading. It’s free, there’s no obligation, and we do it on every single job. If the slab isn’t ready, you’ll find out before you spend a dollar on material.
