This is an estimate, not a final quote, and it covers our labor only: installation and, if you want it, removing the old floor. The flooring itself isn’t included. You buy that, and it can cost about as much again. It also doesn’t include subfloor prep, baseboard, quarter round or stairs, and until we check the moisture in your slab, nobody can tell you for sure whether your floor will need prep.

The price per square foot is our actual price. The range comes from the area, because measuring from a photo is never exact. Send us the measurements and the range gets tighter.

This time it isn’t a range. You gave us the measurements, so the area is simple math and the price per square foot is our actual price. The only thing that could still change it is what we find under your old floor.

Not included: the flooring itself, subfloor prep, baseboard, quarter round, stairs and tile backer board. This estimate is for labor.
